More than 600,000 children are abused in the U.S each year.

Nationally, NEGLECT is the most common form of abuse. Three-fourths (More than 75%) of victims were neglected , 16% were physically abused, and 9% were s*xually abused , and 0.2% are s*x trafficked.

Yes, you read that correctly, neglect is a form of child abuse, and yes, it is a big deal!

1 in 40 infants under 1 year are victimized by abuse every year.

American-Indian or Alaska Native children have the highest rate of victimization at 15.5% while African-American children have the second highest-rate at 13.2 %.

In 2020, an estimated 1,750 children died from abuse and neglect in the United States.
