A wonderful educator friend reached out to me and asked if she could hire me to create a special board with all the charcuterie toppings for a savory 70th birthday spread for her husband’s celebration. She gave her budget, told me to go heavy on meats, and then gave me her trust from there. I had the BEST time using the creative feeedom to design this delicious and beautiful board for his BIG day! I had enough goodies left to make a side cheese and crackers board for the event as well. She needed it to feed 20 guests. The meats are stacked 3 to 4 high.

Thanks to her request she has inspired me to just jump head first into this end of Char-CUTE-rie and add the option of providing full spreads for local events in the OKC metro area 🥰. I will be taking the beginning of January to set up my business model. However, now that I know what it costs to do a spread for 20 people, and how long it takes me to create the spread, if you would like a spread similar to this for a NEW YEAR’S EVE Party I would gladly take one or two orders as long as they can be delivered or picked up by noon on the 31st as I have plans myself!
(The order photoed was made on a large wooden board provided by the client. The round smaller spread was made on a tray from the Dollar store. Please keep that in mind)
