Taco bar with all the toppings.
Dessert- Mini cheesecake of course! Strawberry, Triple Berry, S’mores and Oreo.
And- Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownies.

What’s a party without a grazing table?!
On the menu for todays baby shower-
Starter- Grazing table full of fresh veggies & fruit, we have aged white cheddar, sharp cheddar, Swiss, Boursin, goat cheese, smoked Gouda & Havarti Dill. Dips- Garlic Hummus, orange marmalade, Chocolate Hummus.
Fresh Garden Salad, Finger sandwiches- Turkey & Provolone, Bavarian Ham & Provolone, J’s signature Chicken Salad on Croissant.
Dessert - Always a demand for J’s mini cheesecakes, Triple Berry, Vanilla and Turtle. And Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownies and Salted Caramel & Pretzel Brownies.

J McKee’s was busy during January weekend!!
First: we served up some breakfast for some employees at QCP. On the menu was egg casserole Hot Dish filled with eggs, sausage, peppers, and potatoes. Bacon, pasties and fresh fruit were also served! 🍓🍇🍊

Next up: we helped celebrate the 2nd birthday of Baylor! 🎂2️⃣🚗🚜
We provided taco meat and pulled chicken with some homemade Queso and salsa. We also made some triple berry and turtle cheesecakes! 🐢We love helping people celebrate their occasions but it’s even better when it’s family!! 🎉

Saturday night we made a new cheesecake per customer request!
Blackberry lavender cheesecake and decadent brownies. 🪻🥮

The Mrs and I headed to Roscoe Village tonight for an event in the most beautiful venue. The LeRetilley Event center was absolutely gorgeous.
We provided dinner for the employees of the Surgical Department of the Coshocton Regional Medical Center.

On the menu:
Grazing table
Honey crisp Holiday Salad
Roasted Russian Fingerling Potatoes
Candied Carrots
Grilled Chicken with pesto and Gruyère cheese
Handcarved Marinated Beef Tenderloin with J’s signature horseradish sauce

For dessert:
The ever so popular triple berry cheesecake and bourbon caramel cheesecake
And also chocolate chip banana bread pudding with a bourbon salted caramel sauce.

We just love spending time together and providing food for others so they can enjoy time together.

As we come to a close on 2023 our hearts are full. We get to finish our year out by attending and catering a wedding! On New Year’s Eve!

We have so much gratitude and appreciation for all. A huge thank you to our customers big and Small! Thank you to all that have shared or recommended us. Thank you to Foodworks Alliance for sharing your kitchen and your support!
I have 30+ years in the industry and the last 10 months have been a constant learning lesson. The lessons will certainly continue through 2024 but we are ready for the challenges.

We were honored to help Dr Weaver at Apex Spine and Performance celebrate the holidays with his staff🎄
We love the intimacy of catering in our customers homes!
On the menu tonight we provided a grazing table with specialty jams and hummus. 🥦🥒🥕
Dinner started with a honey crisp holiday salad with a homemade dressing 🥗🍎
Homemade French onion soup🫕
Marinated Filet with a red wine 🍷mushroom reduction
Herb roasted fingerlings🥔
Bourbon glazed brussels sprouts

For dessert we served up a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake 🥮and also banana/ chocolate chip bread pudding. 🍌

Christmas is coming and we are winding down with our Holiday events. We are truly blessed that so many of you have put your trust in us to help us provide for you!

Have we said how much we love Holiday parties?!
Today we had the privilege of helping the Senior Center staff celebrate!
Their menu consisted of-
Fresh greens salad
Green beans
Roasted vegetable blend (zucchini, squash, mushrooms and brussel sprouts)
Whipped Yukon Golds
Roasted Heb Chicken
Glazed Ham
Cavatappi & 3 Cheese sauce w/ Smoked Brisket

What’s the old army commercial “we do more before 9AM than most people do all day”? Give Holiday catering a try 🤣 love me some breakfast events.
I wasn’t quick enough this morning getting pictures but we had a nice spread.
Started with a “hot dish“ egg casserole made with sausage, cheese, potatoes, peppers and egg.
Scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. A waffle station, complete with strawberry topping, caramel, pecans, chocolate chips, whipped cream and maple syrup. Fresh fruit, bagels, with spread mini danish, and cinnamon rolls, and fruit juices.

Do you need a quick simple lunch for 10-15 people catered in tomorrow 12-19? Take advantage of my over ordering! Turkey w/Swiss and Pastrami w/ Swiss lettuce and tomato comes with macaroni salad chips and a cookie $7.50 per person.
