Epicure was started with an aim of establishing a reputation for exceptional food and service, enthusiam, attention to detail and value for money.

Epicure was created by Victor Burrill, one of the most experienced event caterers in Vietnam today. Having completed his apprenticeship with the world famous Roux Brothers, Albert & Michel Roux, Victor went on to work for the best catering and event management companies in the UK. He later set up his own company ‘Epicure Catering and Party Design Ltd’, based in London, which became a prominent UK

caterer, with clients including BMW, Penguins Events, Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Red Bull, PWC and Warner Brothers. Victor has continued his passion for hospitality in Vietnam. As well as being a consultant to the food and beverage industry, Victor was also the General Manager of the Saigon Catering Company. He has also dedicated himself to developing future hospitality talents through education and training.
