Parc Catering is Saigon’s foremost catering service with 14 years’ experience. Our originality lies in that we taylor our service to each and every occasion. We have catered for cocktail parties in the park at the French Consulate, breakfast, tea break and lunch for Nike Regional Conferences, going away parties in private homes, large events at RMIT University, film shoots on location, children’s

birthday parties, high end retail fashion outlet openings, etc. We take into account many factors such as number of guests, where the event is taking place (how can we serve chocolate mousse at an outdoor party?), who will be present (kids?, European/Asian ratio? Vegetarians?) and whether our client needs service (qualified, trained waiters only), equipment, crockery, transport, sound, etc. Our food is a generous mix of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes, dips, salads and canapés. We are famous for our kebabs fresh off the spit (we actually bring the spit to you and have a carver prepare the kebabs on order in our home-made flat bread). We also offer Mexican, Peruvian, Japanese and Vietnamese delicacies from partner restaurants so we can create a menu for just any event. Our staff is dedicated and can answer queries on Vietnamese, English and French.
