Ladies and Gentlemen, let me represent you, Mr. Limbada!!!

Richard Limbada is an Austrian/South African DJ with residencies in Cape Town and Durban. With a background in the local events industry, he has worked with and helped establish major outdoor festivals and more intimate indoor events from a brand management and creative direction perspective. Obsessed with music since he was a child, he played guitar and other instruments since the age of 10, eventually leading to experimenting with electronic music production. Since his first DJ set at Afrikaburn in 2016, he has been playing a wide range of music with a focus on the more raw, organic, and groovy sounds, cutting across genres such as Minimal Techno, Bush Techno, Afro Tech, PsyTech, Downtempo, House, and South African Deep House. Expect sets with rolling baselines with deep and dirty techno influences.
