We put a lot of stock in our thoughts. We create rules expectations realities from these seemingly corporeal cycling word patterns. Fueling them with expectation. Worshiping them as tho they are law. When we have merely given into them and support them with action so they have become a form of law.

In actuality they are secondary, even tertiary, to the feelings and the needs of the body that supports our experience here.
When we are born all we know is feelings and the body.
From there we developed thought and it's based on our environment. It's based on our parents, our home, even on the various experiences that we have in our early years.

And even tho this is a well documented fact. And we can see the results of each beings first years in the ways that their mind works. We still build worlds on it.

Maybe we can begin to realize the mind was made in support of the emotions and the body. Maybe with this realization we can begin to build in ways that support our bodies our passions and emotions!
And maybe, just maybe with this rearrangement of priorities the world we build and the societies we live in will lean into connection progression and peace 💚🌏🩵
