We purchase our seasonal produce from local Farmer's Markets, our meats are bought from local butchers and most of our seafood comes in overnight from Alaska! Most of our items are made from scratch. cks, Sauces, Soffritto, Relishes, Doughs, Fillings and so on. Our exclusive menu offers a huge variety of dishes that many other caterers do not provide. Let us cater your next private or business event. We'll work with you to ensure that all of your needs are met. Don't see something you're looking for? Just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Most importantly, all of our food is prepared with care and we stride at satisfying our cliental at the highest level. We will also be offering bottled products that include Hot Sauces, Pasta Sauces, Salsa's and various other types of Sauces in the near future. In addition, we will be offering onsite cooking stations for those very finicky dishes. This cool twist will be coming soon along with some other great services!
