School holidays cheats quiches for my kids this morning.
In the mini "stand n stuff taco boats", we have a mix of smoked salmon, shallots, sweet chilli relish and some fresh flat leaf parsley topped with an egg mix of farm fresh free range eggs, thicken creamed, cracked black pepper and sea salt.
My kids added a dallop of sour cream on the top with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce and they ate all 24 in one meal.

I know i have been very quiet lately.
I am still here, just been busy.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to write this. As of today we will no longer be attending Wyee Markets. We wont be attending any markets for at least a year. We will still be taking orders and I will still be posting specials every now and then on this page, but just wont be at the markets. I am so sorry to all our faithful and loyal regular customers. We love you and loved seeing you every month. Remember you can still always hit the "send message" tab to get your The Truffle Tart cupcake fix.

Just heard that due to the heat (and other stalls cancelling) tomorrows Wyee markets has been cancelled.

Dur to the expected heat today and tomorrow, we will only be bringing limited numbers of cupcakes and cakes in a jar to the markets tomorrow.
We WILL NOT have any tarts, macarons or rocky road as it will be far to hot to have them.

I will post cupcake flavours later today along with cake in a jar flavours. Make sure you het in early, or better yet preorder.

Thank you everyone who placed orders today.
You saved my little stall from having a huge amount of cupcakes to eat this week.
A massive thanks to my parents who are now doing sydney collections as well.
It was horrible to wake up to rain at 4am after a 9 hour day baking for super fresh cupcakes for you all.

But everyone of you has shown me, that really i could almost run bake a week.

So unfortunately the markets were cancelled today.

However we will have cupcakes, macarons, sweet tarts and some other things for sale avaliable during the day today, collection Buff Point.

Sydney peeps, my parents came up to baby sit and help at the markets so, this means you are able to place an order for collection from Greystanes tomorrow.
