Born out of a desire to bring music, art and performance to the Skokie/Evanston community in an intimate, home setting, the Pig & Weasel has been hosts events monthly. To create the Pig & Weasel, Todd & Monica Rogers converted their living space to add a stage, stage lights, plenty of chairs, art gallery walls, and a lower-level intermission space. With the help from emerging-talent-scout Chris La

ngill, the Rogers have been booking local and national touring acts that run the gamut of musical styles. In addition to music, they've hosted performance art, spoken word, a silent-movie night with piano accompaniment and have more quirky ideas in development.
