LionCat Media is a growing business whose goal is to help grow businesses or organizations through p All my life I've been a musician.

I've been singing since I was 3 years old. I spent 10 years traveling the country telling my story in song and testimony. In 2014 I bought a camera to make videos for my music and continue telling my story. However, something changed. I fell in love with the process of videography. I fell in love with telling a story in a new way. After making a few videos for myself I had the opportunity to make

videos for a few local business and shot some weddings for friends. I soon discovered that my story wasn't the only one that needed to be told. Since then I've been on a mission to find people who live a life driven by their passions, and tell their stories.

A week and a half ago I had an exciting opportunity to partner with some old friends to take part in the RVA 48-Hour Horror movie competition. This was my first time running DP on a short film, and I am really thankful for and proud of the team I worked with.

Our film was selected to at the Best Of RVA, and we’ve been nominated for Best Actress, Best Writing, and Best Use of Required Line. Simply amazing

Eight years ago and I made an impromptu trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area to take some photos and video of whatever we happened upon. After running into a friend of Derek’s, we were invited on to the rooftop of Margaritaville Hotel to take some shots there. One of the pictures taken there, after being seen by the Island on social media, allowed Derek to start working with the Island as one of the their photographers. A few years later he would be hired by Dollywood. Yesterday we got to again take a trip to the area together and shoot a fake wedding for Dollywood.

THE LAST WEDDING.

A bittersweet moment. It’s been a long time coming, but I can’t help but get emotional as I type this. Nearly a decade of wedding filming came to an end last night.

Thank you and Madison for helping make this last one an amazing one. You, your wedding party, and your families were amazing to work with, and made us feel like family.

Always great to work with Thank you for always recommending me.

To all the vendors I’ve been thankful to work with over the years, you all are amazing! Expect maybe one. 😉 I’ve made so many last friendships in this industry, and wouldn’t still be here if not for many of you.

To Thank you for taking asking for the last several years, and always being test to turn up. To thanks for all your help in the early years.

For those of you wondering, don’t worry, this is not the end. I’m so exciting to continue working with the many agencies, creators, businesses, and cities I’ve been able to partner with over the last few years. Let’s continue to tell stories and make magic.

Y’all! This bathroom!

First time going to, let alone filming a bull riding competing. Biggest take away. Almost keep your eyes on the bull. Especially when you and your camera are right up against the fence.
