~Food and booze! THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT AREN'T NECESSARILY PERKS:

~Open kick-out-anybody-who-wrecks-up-the-place-or-does-something-that-immediately-infringes-the-agency-of-somebody-else-at-an-event policy
~That means don't set fires, don't do the murdering, don't urinate on the outside of the house, don't grope anybody that doesn't ask for it explicitly, don't fight a mo********er unless it's consentual but even then don't do it in a place where somebody else might get caught in the crossfire/where you might be seen by the police--if you wanna not get kicked out of the place
