Baked potato bar is a meal good for any occasion. This potato bar had BBQ topping and garden salad. Strawberry pretzel dessert was made gluten free by using gluten free pretzels.

Taco bar went over well at tonights wedding. A guest told me it was the best tacos she ever had! Menu was half beef and chicken taco meat with all the toppings, and queso cheese dip with chips

Catered at Studio Eden in Newburg tonight. A very nice venue for small events. Tonight's event was a surprise birthday party. Menu was charcuterie board and rosted pork tenderloin meal.

Traveled a little to Mt Vernon Illinois to cater the FBLA awards banquet. Parents and students enjoyed a meal of fried chicken, mash potatoes, gravy, green beans, rolls and banana pudding.

Heritage Artisans Days begins today! We’re looking forward to all our visitors coming here to learn about life in the 19th century through interactions with historical interpreters. Not a student? You’re still welcome to join us!

Heritage Artisans Days is taking place on Wednesday, April 24 through Friday, April 26 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central Time. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6+ and New Harmony residents, and free for children age 5 and below and sponsors of the event. Tickets are available to purchase at the Atheneum Visitors Center and the tent at the West Street entrance.

So this weekend we had 2 belated Christmas parties. Saturday evening was Embry at Burdette Park and Sunday was Deaconess Nephrology hosted by their team lead Kim in Mt Vernon. Saturday the menu was pork roast and beef roast, all the trimmings and desserts. Sunday was a charcuterie board. Menu was pineapple glazed chicken and pork.chops with all the sides.

Thank you Roads Church for asking me to cater your staff Christmas meal. It was held at the lovely Higher Ground venue in New Haven. The lights and decor put you in the Christmas spirit. The meal consisted of marinated pork tenderloin, chicken marsella, mash potatoes, green beans, spinach salad and Italian cream cake. (Sorry no pictures.....I was a little busy)
