Thank you all for the Birthday love. The celebration is not over yet.

The theme of this year for me is
One is the Magic Number !
I spent my whole life giving pieces of me away and when I lost the biggest parts of me I felt like I had nothing left.
Year 40 I called those pieces back.
My re-membering has been long and painful but healing non the less.
Year 40 + 1 is the year I walk in my wholeness
Owning all of me, finally celebrating that there is only 1 me and doing all the things I desire to do.
It’s a “If not in this life time then when?” kind of year. And first on the list is finally putting pen to paper and sharing it with the world!

In Reva-Lai-Tions: A guided write & reveal journal, I share some of the ah-ha moments that have brought me deeper understanding of myself and this life and encourage the readers to dig deeper in themselves while on their own healing journey.

WE did it!
I remember the days and nights I cried for help, asking God “where is my team, you gave me this big vision that you know I can’t do by myself so where are they.”
I didn’t know who they would be or where we would meet but at last here they are. From recommending me for the opportunity to cleaning the floors , , & , I could not have completed this assignment without you. For every tear you’ve helped dry to every “we got you!” I am beyond grateful. Because of you last night was completed in Excellence and I was able to be present and in the moment. Love you all with my whole heart. 💜

💜We’re taking a break from Social Media.

We can’t continue to promote self care while not taking care of ourselves.

We wanted to be able to do it all. To “push through.” To prove that we want it so bad, that we would sacrifice sleep, precious moments with loved ones and time to process all that is occurring in our world to keep the show going.

But that is not our reality. That is not how we believe our dreams will come true.

We believe when we honor what our mind, body and soul are telling us, that is when what is best for us will manifest.
