Hey all, hope your weekend is going well!

I will be back at the kings next week (hopefully!) And then not long till our Halloween special!!

I don't normally do this but I want to ask you wonderful people a small favour

If you are able to, my father and sister are running the great south run in honour of my auntie.

They are really trying to raise at least £500 for the British heart foundation and the don't have far to go to hit the target
