Took the day drive to town to shop and get fresh produce for our next week here. Banana bread and buttermilk pancakes woke up the crew this morning. Feeling blessed for this opportunity ❤️
Thanksgiving went awesome. Chef Perry and Chef Dave made perfect turkey with all the sides. Fresh biscuits and eggs to order this morning were appreciated by the crew working hard here in Hell Hole❤️
Hell Hole is beautiful with amazing kitchen. Team is happy with buttermilk pancakes, bacon, eggs, and oatmeal. We love what we do🎉

Getting prepped and set up for a nice contractor breakfast for 100 at Five Star Restoration in Gold River 👍 And this crew ROCKS, we are ahead, no stress available. That is rare cooking for 100, but with Chef Analise and Chef Max, all is good, sweeet!
Planned a dinner party for tonight in a client’s home. Yesterday it changed to lunch at the office/warehouse. Kept the menu, hooked up the precious bbq trailer and made it happen 👍

Janine absolutely rocked! She set up the display/serving area, made the crostini’s and kept me on schedule as I dove into my happy place- making those grills and stove burners sing. Was a fun, very nice event. 👍
