Heard: Johnny... Hey! Can you turn around and look at me?

Depp: (bows his head)

Heard: Let's talk Johnny... Talk to me.

Depp: (Turns to his lawyer, and his lawyer shakes her head)

Heard: I have something to talk to you about.

Depp (with his head still down): I have nothing to talk to you about.

Heard: Please, look at me!

Depp: Good bye Amber.

Heard: Tell me something Johnny, do you still love me?

Depp: (Keeps quiet)

Herd: Do you still love me Johnny?

Depp (lifts his head, looks her straight in the eyes and says): “Amber, this might be the last time we ever speak, so please listen to me very carefully. IF you’re getting married and want to have the best wedding film to cheering forever, holla at your boy!

I was coaching a client and
She was mentioning how she feels she’s not getting the results she expects and hopes for with her business, in her romantic life and in her personal life. A small backstory…. She is in sales and is newly married to a good partner
I asked her “If you were to rate your everyday energy, the overall energy you live at (physically, emotionally, mentally) on a daily basis on a scale of 1-10, 1 being super depressed and 10 being in a peak state, where do you see yourself?” She told me “Some days a 4 and some days a 6.”
She mentioned that things were just not working out for her, things weren’t horrible but things were stale, not heading in the direction she wants. We began talking about her habits. We discussed what she wanted and the reasons she wanted them. Her closing sales rate dropped…
I asked her to imagine what she had to be and who she had to be for her to be considered a 10 in her eyes. I asked who they had to be to be a 4,6,8,9 and 10 in her eyes. Once we identified all those answers, things started to clear up for them.
How did all those levels show up? How did they move? Were they standing up straight? Were they slouched, did they talk fast or slow? How did they dress? What did they focus on?
The first thing we did was try and get her to a 7 on average for now and then escalate once we have momentum.
As people we all have different personalities, different ways of thinking and processing emotion and we all have different life experiences. But one thing is for sure, we all have different levels of how we can show up. We cannot control what happens to many things but we can control how we show up.
Do you show up as a 6 in your life? What does the level 10 version of you look like? What are differences in habits, in movements, in practices the 6 and the 10 take? What is the 10 capable of that the 6 isn’t?
If you believe you are living at a 10, do you want to associate most of your time with people at a 3? If you are at a 3, what are you chances at booking that couple that is a 10 during that sales call?
10 doesn’t mean you have to be a loud energetic MC to everyone, it just means you have to feel YOUR BEST SELF to YOUR STANDARDS

Blessed is an understatement! I’m still young in the industry compared to many and have lots of room to learn. One thing my hobbies such as my Mixed Martial Arts background has gifted me with is learning that there is always room for growth and that there’s always someone better which can be a gift . Even if they’re not as experienced. I’m humbled and honored to be a guest on that will be recording next week with the talented !
I hope that the information I share and some of my experiences can be a value to anyone who chooses to listen! It’s been my mission to lead, guide and help anyway I can. I do have some other huge news coming hopefully this spring/summer non business related! Comment on your guesses!
