Another year has come to a climax and another is quickly approaching and we want everyone to ask themselves what can I do better today? What did I do wrong yesterday that I can correct today? Who did I hurt that I can comfort? Am I where I want to be? How do I get where I want to be?
Everyone says life is a road and life events are like houses you pass. This does have merit but we see life as a tapestry. A series of interwoven experiences that make up who we are. People say what u did in the past is just that the past but I say what you did in the past is not so miniscule but defines you. So how do we want to be defined. This world is not forgiving and as much as we want to believe it doesn't, perceptions of others do matter because we are not here alone. So leave a mark and make a difference. Let 2014 be the year of YOU where you define you and uplift you and become the best you. Be all that you can be because in the end that's all you can do. Create a New Beginning for yourself and strive for excellence. Have a Happy New Year Everyone.

In light of recent events in Barbados and some Caribbean island states, we at New Beginnings Barbados would like to take this time to address the public. The issue of domestic violence and child abuse is becoming extremely suffocating. Every week someone else is suffering as a result of these acts. This is an appeal to Men and Women alike. We need to learn to express ourselves in less destructive ways. Our fragile economy cannot support so much violence and ill conceived acts of aggression. We need to exercise love and compassion for each other. Say no to Domestic Violence, Men speak out don't be abused. Women speak out don't be abused. Do not stand for these acts walk away. Men let her walk away, Women let him walk away. Protect ourselves and each other. Protect our future and end sexual abuse against children nurture them, don't torture them. Let's work together to make Barbados a better place for our Men, Women and Children.

Good evening everyone. i would like to take a moment to reflect. New Beginnings Barbados is now coming to the end of its 4th year of operations and we wouldn't be anywhere without our followers and supporters. We have a number of incentives to come on board starting January 1st. Our theme for January will be "Educate the youth, Educate the Future" and that is our plan. We will be going around to schools, community centres, anywhere there are young people we will be there. We will revolutionize Barbados one community at a time. Government wont take us out of this recession, we will. Government is 16 persons we are 250,000 strong. Its a no brainer lets invest in us, in our future in our country. New Beginnings Barbados: One Community, One Vision, One Future.
