I conducted a service for a lovely lady during the week and as always, I take the utmost care to get it right for the family. In most cases families need the space to grieve, time to mourn and a service to honour and celebrate the life lost.

Following on from this particular service, I received this thank you from one gentleman as he exited the chapel .......
