The past couple of months we spent a lot of time slowly adding coffee drinks to our ice cream stand & learning as much as we can. Now I spend my mornings creating drinks for our new Coffee Truck specifically created for special events here in Southern California. We have a huge advantage being able to test our menu items on a large scale at the fairs. So just giving our customers what they want! Sweet caffeinated drinks 🤌🏼

Cruisin’ on out of Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction today! We had soo much fun at this event and met a lot of great people this past week ☺️🍦I grew up going to this car auction but never did I think years later I’d be doing business serving ice cream here 👋🏼 absolutely loved all the support! Swirl on a waffle, anyone? I absolutely love ice cream 😉 so I make sure to choose the best tasting soft serve ice cream mix. We get sooo many compliments on it for a reason🍦Inside our trailer we have 2 very large soft serve machines working hard at all of our events. Each weigh 1,000 pounds and take a lot of power!

Cardinali Family Concessions is looking to hire experienced cashiers/ help for our Ice Cream Stand! The dates for the fairs are Wednesday-Sunday Oct.1st-Oct. 30th (Monday and Tuesday's off )
