Jamie and Josh's September Elopement was SO. MUCH. FUN. As Big fans of Doctor Who, Josh made a replica of the one and only TARDIS and set it up in our field so it could be part of their sunset photos. The results were epic....to say the least.

This is just one of the many things that hits different when it comes to an intimate Elopement. The ceremony, celebration, and photos are 100% focused on the couple and their commitment. It's special & puts us in our feels 🥹

Please consider this our advanced apologies for overloading you with Cassie and Alec's June wedding. Impossible to choose our favorites from this gallery 🫶🏼​​​​​​​​​
Something we loved (among the MANY things) about this wedding were the DIY florals that Cassie and her mom did. Instead of a traditional arbor, they designed these custom ceremony pillars with large, floral pieces to create a tiered frame around the couple. The results = Iconic.

🐾💍 Happy International Dog Day to all the paw-some pups out there! 🎉 Today, we celebrate by sharing some top tips for making your wedding day extra special with your furry best friend by your side.​​​​​​​​​
1️⃣ Prep Your Pup: Make sure they’re well-groomed and comfortable in their wedding outfit. Practice walking down the aisle to get them used to the excitement! We love our couples to bring their pups to their Ceremony Rehearsal at Vista View Events so they can get used to everything.

2️⃣ Assign a Doggie Handler: Choose a trusted friend or hire a dog handling service that specializes in weddings to look after your dog, so you can focus on your big moment without any worries. We also highly recommend having someone take your pups offsite (back to your dog-friendly hotel or Airbnb) once they've had their special moments & photos with you so you can let loose for the rest of the evening!

3️⃣ Snacks & Water: Keep some treats handy to reward your pup for their best behavior. 🦴 And don't forget a travel-friendly water bowl while they're at the venue with you, especially in the summer.

4️⃣ Quiet Space: Set up a quiet retreat away from the noise for when they need a break from the party!

Last weekend we had the absolute pleasure of having two 4H groups at Vista View Events; The Ring Raiders and The Rugged Desperadoes! What an incredible group of kiddos!

These kids, and their amazing parents, joined us for a morning of outdoor and landscape prep for the wedding season 🎉

Vista View Events, was able to donate and split $1,000 between these two groups!

Thank you Ring Raiders and Rugged Desperadoes! VVE appreciates you SO much and wishes you the very best at the Garfield County Fair this summer! ☀️
