2024: The One Where Jaclyn Does Her Last Wedding 🖤

I’ve been in communication with Ally & Joz for a year and a half prior to their Best Day Ever: 12.31.23. ✨

They booked their wedding venue while it was still only blueprints - I mean, I think maybe they had just poured the foundation:) They have been planning and dreaming of the perfect wedding celebration to reflect their story, their love, and to reflect (my favorite part of Julia’s MOH speech last night) “being unapologetically yourself.”

Ally poured her heart and soul into every detail of this wedding and there was one moment where I watched her, tears in her eyes, hugging Joz at their rehearsal while glancing around and just saying “I did this. I freakin’ did this.” 🥹

I don’t do a lot of weddings every season but every single one is so special, and my couples will be part of my heart forever. I remember them all, the best & craziest parts of their days, the little moments that really are the BEST moments, and probably have the most random photos and videos to commemorate them all.

I couldn’t be more thankful for Ally & Joz, their family & friends, and everyone who shared their day with them. I hope you continue to celebrate into the New Year & have as much fun in your new chapter, as husband & wife, as you did on your wedding day! 💕

Congratulations to the Jozwiaks, and to all of my 2023 couples, too! I love you all so much and wish you all of the very best. Cheers to you! 🥂

It’s been a freakin’ MINUTE!

2023 has been a whirlwind. I had 14 weddings this season & with cancellations I ended up with 11; my 11th and final wedding is on NYE! ✨

I am not booking any weddings for 2024 and beyond. My full-time job has taken off more than I could’ve ever asked for, and unfortunately, it doesn’t give me the time I want and need to dedicate to my couples!
So I’ve decided to step back for 2024 & hope to team up with a few of my favorite vendors soon just to keep myself in the wedding circuit, because ya girl LOVES WEDDINGS.

Sending all my love to you all. Thanks for the support & encouragement along the way, just wanted to take a quick moment to update.

8.12.2023 - an actual PERFECT day. ✨

I will never say I have a “favorite” wedding because all of my couples are incredible and every wedding & celebration is so special in its own ways.

But this wedding, THIS celebration is one I will be reliving for a long time. It poured everywhere around us but our day was full of blue skies, sunshine, so much love & FUN!
I am beyond thankful for the best team of vendors & venue I could’ve ever been a part of.

Congratulations to the sweetest couple - and ✨top tier✨ dancers - the Brueckls! 🥂

• Venue: The Legacy at Eighteen Mile Creek (this was their fourth wedding EVER!)
• Caterer: Frontier Catering (best food I have ever had at any kind of celebration, ever)
• Photographer, DJ & Photobooth: the absolutely INCREDIBLE husband & wife duo - Soundwave!

Eventely Co. Update✨

Hey Babes! I wanted to say first & foremost, thank you for ALL the love and support. I started the season with 14 scheduled weddings and with a few cancellations I’m at 11 weddings, the first one being next weekend! ☀️

I’m beyond thankful for my incredible 2023 couples & to end a year with a (literal) bang on NYE🪩

That being said, I have decided to take a break from eventely for 2024. When I started doing day-of wedding management/ coordination, I was doing it for the LOVE of weddings and to keep my joy while working full-time jobs that weren’t making me happy. However, this year I started a full-time position with an INCREDIBLE team of women and a company I love working with/for. It has filled the void I have been long searching for.

While I still LOVE weddings and am forever a hopeless romantic, I no longer feel like freelancing on my weekends along with working my full-time job is what’s best.
Work-Life Harmony (balance, whatever) is so important & I hope you ALL find that! ⚖️

This long post to say - I am not taking any more weddings for 2024 (except for the incredible couples I already have booked). For my friends & family, you know I’m ALWAYS around to help with all things wedding just because I love it. But for now, eventely co. is finishing out the 2023 season and then admiring all of your Best Days Ever from afar. 🥂

Thank you all for trusting me with your wedding days and letting me be your cheerleader. Sending so much love to everyone who has been supporting me along the way & even more love and gratitude for my beautiful couples! 💕

I was lucky enough to watch my childhood bestie get married this past weekend and it was the absolute ✨best✨ celebration! There really are no words for how special it was to spend time with her & her family, and just how much FUN WE HAD! 🥂
It was also the best way to really kick-off my full wedding season because in three weeks we are in full wedding mode - with weddings every freakin’ weekend until mid-October!

I just wanted to drop by because I have been completely MIA from this page and I’m so sorry. The beauty of freelancing in the wedding industry is that I have incredible and am able to work my full-time job (that I absolutely LOVE), be present for my family & also do my freelancing as a day-of wedding coordinator!

I’m grateful for all of my beautiful couples who have trusted me with their best days ever, and I cannot wait to work with all of my 2023 couples! My calendar IS completely booked for this year (if we’ve been chatting about a date for 2023 but we haven’t actually booked anything yet, don’t worry, you’re in my calendar babes) but I have already started booking for 2024. 💕

I just want to say thank you to ALL of you for the continued support! Especially those of you referring me to your friends, family and even strangers!

My clients have more than doubled for this upcoming wedding season compared to my last, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I am a hopeless romantic to my core, I just love LOVE. Being able to celebrate life & love by working for my clients is truly the biggest honor and also makes my heart incredibly full. 🤍
