Another successful Autism Awareness DJ-a-thon is in the books. On behalf of myself and Brooster's Backyard Icehouse we would like to thank everyone that came out and support such a great cause. Thank you to all the vendors..D&D BBQ, Bundts and Minis, Chile Guey, Holly and Friends, Batman of SA and friends, and of course Brooster the Rooster. Congrats to all the winners on the silent auction. Big thank you to Moses and Team Taco Cycling Crew and SA Riders for raising over $1100 for the cause...together we were able to exceed last years total! Another big thank to all my DJ brothers that came through for us and of course Los Chicanos for providing sound and a putting on a great show to finish off the night. Shout out to Norm and Ram and the rest of my Brooster's Family for allowing this event to grow like it has. I couldn't do any of this without a great support system behind me so from the bottom of my heart I thank every single one of you. Planning has started for next year and I can't wait!!! Tomorrow is the day!! Our 3rd Annual DJ-a-thon for Autism Awareness. Our goal is raise money to purchase Season passes to Morgans Wonderland and giveaway to Southside Families with Children that have autism. C'mon out and listen to some great music all day long by some of the best DJs, capped off by live music by Los Chicanos. We will have specials guests.. Batman of SA along with Holly and friends and many more. We will also be having a Silent Auction for some amazing items. Lots of vendors,food,drinks music and fun!!! So C'mon out to Brooster's Backyard Icehouse and support and help us hit our goal!! Hope to see everyone there!!! Calling all DJS and Music Entertainers...it's about that time of year. Our 3rd Annual DJ-a-thon will be on Sunday, April 2, 2023@ Brooster's Backyard Icehouse. DJ-a-thon is a yearly fundraiser in which we raise money to buy season passes for Morgans Wonderland to give to needy families with child/ren with Autism. If you wanna be part of a great cause shoot me a message. Mr. Steve Torres and Los Chicanos will be providing sound so it will be plug and play. In a day where a FedEx driver will kidnap and murder a baby girl from her own home, everyone needs to read and take heed of this!

Please be on alert every day and look out for one another.

If you see children at the bus stop with no adult around, stand in your yard or park nearby until they are safe on the bus.

If you see a mother distracted putting her groceries in the car, wait for a moment before exiting your car and watch her back.

If you are with a group of friends, and you see a woman walking to her car alone, es**rt her to the vehicle.

Too much is happening now, and we have to look out for one another. It takes a village. Let's come together and be the village! ♥️
