Howard's story began while he was at School, aged 11, making mix tapes using multiple tape decks, while recording on another. Soon afterward, mixing records, initially using 'Hi-Fi' turntables kindly donated by his

Dad! With this experience under his belt (and by now, spending all his money on records), his first events were planned and hosted at his Secondary School, with all proceeds donated to charitable causes. Discovering a relentless LOVE of House, Techno, Hardcore, Rave & Jungle and the joy of DJ'ing - around 1988, Howard joined forces with school pal DJ Ricky Stone and over a period of many years, the duo built a name for themselves at "unofficial" venues, free parties and raves throughout the 90's. After several years frequenting record shops in Sheffield, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester, aged 18, Howard claimed his first regular club nights, performing hardcore, rave & jungle sets under the alias ‘Flash’, alongside DJ’s such as Carl Cox, Slipmatt, Fabio and Grooverider, Ratpack, DJ SS, Easy D, 007, DJ Ecstasy and others, at CJs, Wicker Arches and underground venues in & around the North. From '92 - 97', Howard also held coveted prime time slots on Sheffield pirate radio stations for several years, including S.C.R 101.5. In 2000 at Sheffield’s Republic club, Howard met Bristol based DJ Producer ‘Jon’ & in 2001, produced, pressed & distributed two UK white labels, which received regular airplay on regional radio stations such as Galaxy FM. Since then, Howard has in recent years been resident at Bar Coast, Bar Matrix & Venue Skipton and has previously appeared at many other well known venues including Republic, Mint Club, BED, Po-Na-Na, Soup Kitchen Leeds and Record Junkee. Howard streamed every weekend on various platforms during lockdown, as part of a group of DJ’s from Sheffield.
