When it's a family business every family member works, even the littlest ones. This guy takes his tear down duties very seriously, especially when mini tools of (safe and controlled) destruction are involved.

We love that our family gets to spend time together working serving our brides, grooms, and all of our clients. Many of whom become friends and some who even start to feel like family. We are blessed and honored to get to do this as part of life, even for the less fun parts like deconstructing all of our hard work.

Makeover Monday!

The barn at Hillside Farm is at least 160 years old. Let's face it, when you're that old, you need a little work to maintain your beauty.

This fall she was given a bit of a face lift by raising her central lower beams by about three feet. The difference in how open the barn felt was immediate.

We're not done improving the space and have quite a few projects planned, but she just keeps getting prettier and prettier.

It's been chilly on the farm, and as we're closed to events through the winter it is looking back through our summer events that keeps us looking forward to warmer weather.

Kirstyn Richards college graduation party was HOT! But this beautiful graduate knew how to relax and celebrate her accomplishments in style.

Kirstyn's mother handled the flowers, all décor, and swag bags that really spoke to Kirstyn's personality! As always, Devour Catering and Event Design provided the food and designed the perfect summer menu for both vegetarians and carnivores!

Events At Hillside provided the RAMP certified bar service. This add-on is available for non-wedding events of 50 guests or less. We're open for showings now, so let's start thinking of those summer parties! Call Missie today to schedule an appointment. 610-568-5460

I love every part of my job, from meeting the couple to collaborating with some incredibly talented vendors. But THIS part of it makes me absolutely giddy.

When Morgan Hudock handed me her décor and allowed me free reign to design the aesthetics and execute her vision for a romantic, spooky, and fun I was in absolute heaven.

Sweetheart table décor designed by the bride herself. Overhead drapes, sweetheart backdrop and chairs provided by Leo Designs. All other décor setups pictured were installed by Events At Hillside. Not pictured here are pumpkin displays by the bridal party and main table décor by the bridal party and the brides mother. Everyone put in some serious work to pull off this beautiful event!

Let's talk about what Events at Hillside Farm is not.

We cannot offer you a full-on destination farm wedding with overnight accommodation. We do not have our own liquor license. We don't even have perfectly manicured grounds with wildflower fields for Pinterest worthy sunset photos. We are not a luxury barn. And we are not priced like one.

What we are?

Well, what we are is a whole lot of fun. We offer flexibility in where you want to hold your ceremony, how you want to decorate, and in how much time you have access to the property. Want to showcase the groom's love of antique tractors? We've done it, and we'll do it again. Dream of a Halloween wedding with skeleton decor? We have got your back. Need unique transportation? We have that covered too.

Looking for a venue that is more than just a space and has a on-site, full Day of Coordinator built into every package? That's us. We'll listen to your vision every step of the way and then we'll coordinate and execute every detail.

We're not a luxury barn, but we may be just what you're looking for.

With a pond background, open fields, and lush greenery, the Sharman Homestead site is less than 5 minutes away from Hillside Farm and is the perfect location for a ceremony before a barn reception.
