Celebrate Germantown WI 501c3 which organizes events in Germantown, starting with the 4th of July Celebration

We exist to provide community-based programs within the Village of Germantown, WI. Our first activity is to organize the community's July 4th Celebration activities. We look to and are open to other opportunities to encourage community engagement in the future. We partner closely with the Village of Germantown, including the police and fire departments, Department of Public works and the Parks and Recreation Department.

JULY 4th FESTIVITIES - REMAINING POSTPONED

After careful deliberation in conjunction with Village staff, the celebration committee, Germantown Police & Fire departments, and all involved vendors, the July 4th activities and fireworks at Firemen's Park will remain postponed and not occur tonight, due to predicted weather.

We are coordinating with our fireworks provider to schedule a community fireworks celebration for a date later this year.

As soon as a new date is determined, we will announce on the village website and all social media channels. While a disappointing outcome, the safety our community members and all parties involved continues to be our top priority.

Thank you for your patience as this was not a lightly-made decision and was made with input from multiple parties.

Hi all -

Unfortunately, do to weather concerns, the parade has been CANCELLED and will not be rescheduled.

We have POSTPONED the park festivities and fireworks until tomorrow night, July 5. Food, beverages and entertainment will begin at 5:00pm at Firemen’s Park with fireworks at dusk.

These were difficult decisions and we appreciate the community’s patience. In the end we want a safe and positive experience for all involved.
