Cottage cheese cookies. 🍁
This was one of my favorite treats growing up. These cookies are high in protein too.
-250g cottage cheese
-1 1/2 cup flour
-1 cup of sugar
-1 stick of butter
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix everything, cover and put in the fridge for about 30-40 min.
You’ll need extra four to roll the dough and extra sugar for coating. You can make them in any shape you want. I made them the way they were served back when I was a child.
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 mins.
