Let me share a little story about ALIGA CATERING.

ALIGA Catering is an Authentic, Contemporary African Cuisine based in DFW Texas. We have been in business for over a quarter decade now. We love good African food prepared in the most authentic African style, using Organic African spices from our mother land Cameroon 🇨🇲.

We started by craving tasty Cameroonian foods and took time to prepare whatever we craved to the best of our abilities. Life had failed us in many aspects. We found love within our small home. What other source of comfort could we desire than in our tasty cultural cravings? Rice and stew was always top on our list. That is what we could afford so we took time to make our home enjoyable with some yummy rice and stew 😋 😀 😊.

We loved our food but rarely ate delicious food at events. Stew, fish rolls, fried rice, puff puff, meatpie, spinach etc gave us nothing to write home about at events we attended. We observed food was wasted at events, there was one obvious reason to this. The food wasn't delicious! Despite the food not being good, people still took to gos (after party foodies) 😂😂😂( I love my people). We always went back empty handed yet always craved our own food 😋 on our way home.

In late 2019 we decided to start a catering business in Oklahoma. By February of 2020 just before Covid hit, we moved to Texas for business purposes. We were new in town, so, of course, building up a clientele was not given the lock down. Covid constraints were discouraging, yet we never gave up on our why. We offered our meals or helped out whenever there was a need, for free. People began asking who we were? We took advantage and launched ALIGA CATERING. They loved our food just like we did! We always told ourselves we want people to have a taste of the Manna the Isrealites had in the desert, nothing is more satisfying! While our food is delicious and the best rated in town for those who have catered with us or had a taste of our food, we have never been 100% satisfied with our food. We keep aspiring for the best daily. We are not yet where we aspire to be in business. However, we are grateful for how far we have come.

We respect our clients and see each business deal as an opportunity to express our love for humanity. Our customer service is TOP NOTCH as usually described by our clients. We treat your event like ours. We know if you succeed we will succeed as well. Our biggest growth has been from referrals from our customers. Thank you for helping us share our Story!
