This year was my first valentines working as and it was so much more then i expected. I had the beautiful support of my friends and family. Without their encouragement and will to share my flowers, i wouldn’t have any business!

Olympic Flowers 2021
Have you been like me and wondered if these bouquets are fresh or artificial flowers?
Iv been doing a bit of research and it seems they are in fact fresh and not only that they are thoughtfully put together.
They carry with them the story of the devastating 2011 Earthquake/Tsunami which left 20,000 dead or missing in Japan, and they are to symbolise the country rising from the devastation.
Green Lisianthus - Grown in Fukushima , the area of nucleur disaster, forcing many to evacuate, now cultivates these stunning blooms., jump starting their economy.
Sunflowers - Grown in Miyagi. Parents come to the hillsides there and plant sunflowers in memory of the children who died, the flowers have become a symbol to those affected.
Blue Gentian - Grown in Iwate , a coastal area that was hit hard by the giant tsunami waves. They have been growing these beautiful flowers since the 1960s
Attached to the bouquet is the Olympic Mascot - Miraitowa.
His name represents the Past and the Future.
Just goes to show - theres more to a bunch of flowers than meets the eye!!
