I had a student who took their "NRFSP Food Service Instructor/Manager's Certification Written Exam" on Monday September 16th. Normally it takes 5 to 10 days to get the exam test results back. But I got an email notification today at 2:51 p.m. and when I open it, it was the student's exam test results, and they passed yall!!!! Thank You Lord for answered prayer. 👏👏👏

For the past few weeks, I have made several different types of mixed garden salads with a variety of fruits in them. Some I added chicken, shrimp, chicken & shrimp and even strips of steak. Now the creative side of my mind is talking again and telling me to do another salad, but this time add pepperoni to it.

I started making full size pans of healthy option salads on July 17th of this year. At first I wasn't really sure if people would gravitate towards them or not especially when they would be placed on the same table along side of some awesome delicious soulfood. But to my surprise the people really loved them and came back several times for more.
The first one shown below is a Greek Salad with a Cajun/Creole Twist with lots of shrimp.The second one is a garden salad filled with a variety of delicious fresh vegetables and fruits along with some Saz'on chicken and shrimp.
