We are very excited to announce we will be working with the team at The Oxted Festival for 2023.

The show features live music, DJs, 100s of real ales, cocktails bars, Pimms bars, live sport, fantastic food offerings and more.

We will be providing Crew, Site Management and Safety Officers.

We are on the hunt for some beautiful new event sites!

Regularly clients get in touch looking for new places to host their shows and we want to build our list of greenfield spaces which would be perfect for some creative and high end outdoor events.

Bonus points for anything that may already be licenced and has any interesting features such as woodlands, lakes, etc. We have clients ready to move into new spaces for 2024 and would be really keen to discuss any ideas anyone may have!

Did you know that all of our staff need to have one years experience working on the ground as site crew before they can progress? We believe this allows people to gain a firm understanding of how to be safe and efficient. We train our staff up from within our own ranks so they know how we operate.

We will be back up in Newcastle for this Summer. We started working with this series when there was just one show, there are now a series of events up and down the country. The attention to detail from the promoter and their team is second to none! The show always brings an unreal lineup and atmosphere!

We are lucky to work on some amazing heritage properties up at down the UK! These sites hold impressive amounts of history and tell a real story. They take an extra level of care and attention to make sure we preserve the ground.

As part of our crew are working up in London the rest of the team are back at our warehouse cleaning and servicing our equipment.

We have a full metal working workshop where we manufacture specialist equipment for our teams to use which helps make them safer and more efficient.

From our two directors(Harry & Laurence), we want to wish you all a very Happy New Year! The last few years have been hard on this industry but we are now into a very exciting time, a time with lots of fresh talent coming through. Our plans are in full swing for the 2023 season! Before the season ramps up in April we have some spaces available on our in house training courses before then!

If you need to refresh a license or are interested in becoming part of the Valhalla Crew get in touch! In the photo we have Isaac, Isaac is a very switched on and skilled member of the team! Currently he is in South East Asia enjoying his winter and we are looking forward to catching up with him when he gets home. Safe Travels Isaac!

Back in September we ran one of Brightons biggest events. had 20,000 people attend the redesigned site. We changed how the ingress and egress systems worked and increased the overall audience size of the site. The promoter wanted to add another stage so we converted the old boneyard into another stage.
