Meet the Candidates and Your

My name is Dan DiVirgilio. I am running for Town Constable.

I have been a resident of Wolcott since 1977. I am a Member of the Wolcott Park and Recreation and Acquired Facilities Commission, and the Inland Wetlands Commission.

I am an Ordained Minister of 20 years and a Justice of the Peace.

I am Member of American Legion Post 165 in Wolcott, and the Wolcott Lions Club. I have served as a Lion for 26 years. I served in all capacities at the club level including President 4 times. Also, on the District Cabinet and as District 23B Governor and State Council Chair for all State Lions.

I have volunteered for the BAW for 15 years, coached for 5 years and coached Wolcott Basketball Park and Rec for 2 years. I have volunteered Boy Scout Troop Wolcott 230 for 12 years and was Committee Chairman 4 years. I am a Proud Member of the Republican Town Committee.

I have been presenting Junior Achievement Classes for DePaolo Middle School Southington, and Eastern Middle School grades 6 thru 8.

Both of my children attended the Wolcott Public Schools, graduating from Northeastern University in Boston and I now have 1 grandchild attending Wolcott Public Schools. I would like to thank the teachers and Wolcott Public Schools.

I graduated from Bridgeport University in Computer Science and Programming and graduated from Mattatuck Community College and attended CCSU for Business Marketing.
