Yesterday, in the sweltering heat, we were getting all hot and sweaty in a marquee creating this look for a friend’s daughter’s wedding today - but boy it was worth it!
For a refined touch, we tied the chiffon drapes diagonally on the Cheltenham banqueting chairs provided. This not only added a touch of elegance but also allowed for a glimpse of the chair’s classic design.
A small sprig of fresh gypsophila finished off the look beautifully 💚🤍
For today’s couple's wedding they included two wedding trends together: a personalised and bespoke neon wedding sign (provided by themselves) and our green and white floral and foliage flower wall. As you can see having a neon sign nestled in a flower wall not only complements the sign's message but makes the flower wall more eye-catching.
Can’t quite believe it, but just 5 more weddings/events to decorate and our 2024 season will be over. We’ll grab the rest whilst we can, as early indications are that 2025 is going to be a busy year!
Note: not my hand nor my messy kitchen 🤣
Enjoying a cuppa ☕️🫖 and a bacon sarnie with my two little helpers (my mum and sister ❤️❤️) after today’s set-up - it’s a hard life! What a glorious day for a wedding though ☀️
Alexa - do the ironing!
Yesterday’s view is a bit different to today’s - prepping for not just one, but two weddings this weekend 🍾🥂🍾🥂
We provided a couple of our props (4ft LOVE lights and moongate arch) at today’s wedding as a surprise to the married couple from the groom’s mother - how lovely was that 💕. The LOVE lights were placed either side of the huge ornate gold frame provided by the venue - the ultimate selfie backdrop 📸. Can’t wait to see professional pictures of this all lit up - I’m sure it will look truly magical, especially with all the fairy lights too 💡✨💡✨. The moongate arch was sited behind the top table ready to accentuate the bride and groom perfectly 🤍🌿. It was our first visit to this stunning tucked away venue and so hope we get to go back there to decorate again soon🤞
A booking just finalised today for a marquee wedding here in August. Another new, but very local, venue to us. Not long to wait! 😊.

Sharing (with permission of the Bride) the first professional image of the set-up we did at Monday’s wedding - we hope there are more! 🤍🌿

Just in and I am so blown away (pun intended). Thank you Jenna 🤍🌿
This place is truly something special and really doesn’t need much in the way of decor at all.
Jenna and Stuart kept it very simple today (yet extremely elegant) with neutral tones. To that they added our florals package which consisted of:
🌿 - x8 flower domes on metal stands
🌿 - x5 1m top table arrangements
🌿 - moongate arch
and also hired our Victorian style post box.
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Williams 🥂🍾
We will be sharing more pictures later after we have whittled them down a bit, as got a little carried away!
My glamorous assistant on today’s wedding - dragged Mum out again! ❤️🤣
Off somewhere different for next Monday’s wedding and boy their Georgian Orangery is truly a very special backdrop ❤️
Top table goals 💗🌿. Tasmin and Jason chose to use a combination of our most popular chiffon colours (sage green and pale pink) for their reception decor yesterday.
We provided items from our Supreme Package for 61 guests, which included:

💗 - centrepieces (3 long stemmed glasses)

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Evans 🍾🥂
After kindly being PAT tested by Sam at Ellward-Smith Electrical Services (based in West Bay) at extremely short notice on Friday, our Mr & Mrs neon sign shone bright (and safe) hanging from our floral and foliage moongate arch at today’s wedding ⚡️💡🌿
Today’s weather was kind and allowed Sharaya and Jordan to get married outside. We adorned the Chiavari chairs with pale pink chiffon drapes tied vertically, and used a simple sprig of eucalyptus to embellish 💗🌿
One set of table numbers made and don’t they just look so sweet 🌿
Hot off the press! Thank you Footeprints for the very quick turnaround on printing our wedding stationery. Time now to cut and fold and not get the two weddings mixed up, who have incidentally chosen the same design for this weekend 🌿🤦♀️
Not much else to do on a very grey and damp afternoon than making favours. Hope it brightens up for the end of the week / weekend 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
After taking down and packing away Saturday’s wedding - now onto the next. Place card production on the agenda for today 🌿
Nicole and Owen’s pretty sage green and white reception styling yesterday at Haselbury Mill - we’ll let the video speak for its self 🤍🌿
We dressed the chairs with sage green chiffon drapes tied vertically finished with a simple sprig of eucalyptus.
Our floral domes displayed on glass trumpet vases stood pride of place in the centre of all the guest tables on top of sage green chiffon table runners. Half a dozen fluted votives with a sprinkling of clear acrylic diamond scatter added both ambience and a bit of sparkle ✨
We finished off the top table with 5 metres of floral arrangements and sage green chiffon swagging.
Our Victorian style post box also made an appearance.
Congratulations Mr and Mrs Richardson 🥂
Hottest day of the year and guess what we’re doing - just to add to the heat!! 🤣🤦♀️🥵
We don’t get many of these but last night was a midnight collection as the venue required a quick turnaround due to a wedding in the morning. Such a peaceful feeling going out in the dead of night when everyone else is asleep🌙✨🚙
Busy afternoon retrieving items from storage for a wedding at the end of the month - not sure that little lot is going to fit on the kitchen table! Then onto Haselbury Mill to erect our flower wall for an awards evening 🏆 👏👏
Wedmin happening today - final invoice being compiled 😊. Then just to produce a quote, make x3 catch up phones calls, set-up a meeting and send out x2 fabric swatches ……………. and then we’re all caught up ready for a last minute job that came in for this Friday 🐝🐝🐝

Finally finished pressing our pale pink chiffon vertical drapes (after a slight mechanical mishap 🤦♀️) and are now ready to add some Grecian flair to this weekend’s wedding 💕
Quick trip out this morning (but not as quick as the video depicts) to deliver and set up our 4ft LOVE letters at Haselbury Mill for today’s wedding. 💡💡💡💡
We’ve broken radio silence to wish everyone (2023 wedding season couples, future booked in couples, the venues and other professionals we work with) a Merry Christmas! Thank you all for your continued support and can’t wait to do it all again next year.
Think it’s going to be a busy day - first signs are promising 😊 The Big Southwest Wedding Fair - October 2023
All set-up and ready for the doors to open at 10am (until 3pm) for the The Big Southwest Wedding Fair - October 2023 at The Royal Bath & West Showground. Wishing all the exhibitors an fruitful day 🌿🤍
Rows upon rows of our fluted votives sparkling within an inch of their lives - no candle wax in sight! We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our hire items. You can guarantee that all of our products will be delivered to your venue in a pristine and clean condition ✨
Had a bit of an early wake up call this morning by our youngest dog, so thought it was an ideal opportunity to get on with favour making whilst the rest of the house were asleep.
Another wedding coming up on Friday - preparation well under way. Who needs facials when you have a steam iron!
Let us take you down yesterday’s wedding aisle (a bride’s eye view) that we styled. Our 50cm floral domes were displayed on metre high champagne coloured metal stands that alined each side. Ivory chiffon drapes adorned the guest chairs embellished with a simple sprig of eucalyptus. We hope it made the first moment S & B saw each other feel that little bit more special. 🌿🤍
Love a Timelapse! A little behind the scenes. If only making stationery was this quick! Last stages of cutting 70 place name cards which are now all ready to fold 🌿🤍
Did someone say break? Think we have a lot of sorting out to do first - workroom looks like a bomb has hit it (hence the overspill to the kitchen table) 🤦♀️
