Hello all, I know its been awhile since the last time I posted. I'll be honest with you guys. I had given up on my dream because I thought I couldn't handle running my own business but the self doubt stops today. Starting today, Scherrie's Kitchen Catering is under construction. 2024 is going to be the year of growth for both myself and Scherrie's Kitchen.

I've come up with an original idea. I will be starting a Cajun taco truck. The menu items are still being drafted but I've started Scherrie's "test" kitchen. This will feature some of my original recipes. I would like honest opinions in the comments. I'll also be holding polls.

Tonight was the very first test kitchen: Fried shrimp tacos, dirty rice and red beans.
