Dear everyone,

A WEEK ago? A whole week ago? We've been recovering but are back to say THANK YOU. Thank you to everyone who came out to have a great time. Thank you volunteers and setup pals. Thank you to everyone who came dressed up or who wore our masks there. Thank you amazing performers. Thank you to the lovely businesses on Pike who joined the fun and reached out to us to do something special. Thank you to folks who asked to join next year. Thank you for bringing your dogs and also your snake. Thank you for all the photos and very nice messages.

Thank you Covington, for being the best place to have our party and being the best city in the world (or as we affectionately, insistently, stubbornly call it every morning: Paradise).

Beloved vendors, the Covington Cryptid Block Party wouldn't be the spectacle and magic that it is without each of you. We brag all year round to anyone who will listen about how amazing and unique our vendors are. We put a lot of work into the art, decor, performances, and little touches, but you are the heart of cryptid fest.

The Covington Cryptid Block Party is free to all and has lots of fun parts that we could use a little help with. If being helpful is your thing, we'd love to get to know you and get your smiling face out there. We have a few different parts of the Party that would only run that much more smoothly with assistance. You could lend out cool masks and wrangle them up, help out our precious vendors, keep things tidy around the block, or even assist some cryptids!

Cryptids and various creatures, monsters, and friends are welcome at the Covington Cryptid Block Party. If you're like us, once you try to pin down what a cryptid really is, you’ll start including aliens, unicorns, and a million more things. We prefer to collectively call them Creeptids -- and they can include YOU, too!

Dogman has an announcement! His announcement is that we are so so excited to tell everyone about all our vendors and will be doing that in the coming days and weeks.
