The epic Secret Island Festival returns to Mersea Island on July 20th!

Incredible headliners including techno legend Colin Dale and Orbital’s Phil Hartnoll, as well as loads of brilliant local DJs including Scionstream’s “Inception” new talent, Tom Ramsay!

Had the best time last year and can’t wait to party with lots of familiar faces again next month!

Oh! My! Goodness!
Am genuinely so excited and honoured to have been asked back to play the Dark Room at the Sun of A Beach Summer Ball on 25th August!
These nights are phenomenal! Three floors of amazing music - but I’m more than at home down in the depths of the Dark Room!
It’s not often I get the chance to play an hour of banging techno live so I’m gonna make it count!
Be sure to grab a ticket early as these nights sell out each and every time!

This is Bay’s second appearance on Scionstream after she covered a session for in September.
Bay has since had various opportunities to play house parties and student club nights in Guildford alongside uni which has been lots of fun!

Meet James Cartland, your go-to guy for electrifying hard trance wompers and a true lover of the free party vibe. Just two years back, James stumbled across the Southwest free party scene. It wasn’t just the music that got him; it was the whole atmosphere - the freedom, the unity, the night under the stars. It’s where he found his stomp. Shortly after he learnt how to mix, and he’s been lighting up bedrooms, living rooms and occasionally a house party or Surrey University’s club smoking area ever since!
With James behind the tables, you’re in for something a bit different; his sound will take you back to a familiar muddy field or a warehouse. Certainly, a call back to the Ridgeway or Davidstow (I’d be very impressed if you got this reference).
