We’re finally rested and recovered from our busy weekend.

This past weekend we had three balloon designs for our clients. Each design was unique and made a statement on its own.

Featured designs were our hedge wall and hoop arch. Each had a custom organic garland enhanced with flowers and greenery.

Bridal Shower Vibes.

Our hoop arch made an appearance today for a Bride to Be Brunch and Bubbly themed Bridak Shower.

We had so much fun working with shades of cream and enhancing the design with pops of gold and coral.

What a way to celebrate with a custom balloon backdrop design.

We loved working with our client to design this ballon garland with our 3 panel wood backdrop for their daughters first birthday.

We took it up a notch by adding in some silk florals to add another layer of texture to the design.

Sharing the details of a custom balloon design we did for Daniel's Vineyard Wedding Show.

When we were given the direction of a disco theme, we immediately got our creative juices flowing on how we could make our disco themed balloon design one of a kind.

We used the details of a disco ball to help inspire our custom wall. We love the reflective textures found in a disco ball and used that as our main focal point. We paired our wall with our chiara panels and then added two organic balloon garlands.

Keeping with the theme we then enhanced the balloon garlands with various sizes of disco balls and finished off the design with fresh pink florals provided by George Thomas Florist

Loving the disco theme and we can’t wait to create more designs around it.

We came out for the 2023 IUPUI Athletics Black & Minority Owned Business Night and brought our Lux Picnic experience to the Indiana Farmers Coliseum for their Men’s and Women’s Basket Basketball Double Header.

We definitely used the schools mascot and colors to inspire this design.

Featured items include a custom balloon garland enhanced with greenery and florals. We also used our ghost chairs with seating for 4.

Sharing some BTS footage of our newest wall being built and added to our inventory. First two coats of paint have been added. Still a few more coats to go but this wall is already stunning. Stay tuned for its feature next weekend at a bridal show.

Don’t mind us, we’re over here still celebrating Valentines Day.

We had the opportunity to upgrade this clients room with a luxury intimate balloon design experience.

The theme was all thing the encompasses Valentine’s Day love, with red being the feature color. I think we nailed the clients vision.

Featured is an organic balloon garland enhanced with heart details, red roses and a neon sign.

What LoveLight Events LLC is about

Founder Traci Fuqua Perkins has always loved creating things, paying attention to details of a project and making sure any event or project she was overseeing was executed to perfection. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Traci has always aspired to become a small business owner in the community she grew up in. In 2012, Traci received her degree in Accounting from Manchester University located in North Manchester, Indiana. With a background in accounting, Traci has years of experience in number crunching with attention to the details in numbers. Outside of her career in accounting, Traci loves to spend time working out, watching movies with her husband Ron and traveling the world.

In the beginning of 2019 Traci decided to follow her dreams of owning her own event planning business. Gaining experience as a team lead with a wedding venue located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Traci has gained experience from a venue’s standpoint of overseeing events. In August of 2019, LoveLight Events LLC was launched. Traci’s accounting background and venue team lead experience makes her stand out from other coordinators in the industry. Traci has extensive experience with creating budgets and excel spreadsheets while also making sure a client is in accordance with their contractual agreement with the use of a venue and other vendors used for an event. Traci also takes pride in creating decor that is unique and made of good quality.

The goal of LoveLight Events LLC is to work with clients to have their vision of their event or decor executed to their standards while staying within their budget. Traci believes that clients should be able to enjoy their event, stress free, knowing that all the planning and money invested is meeting all expectations.
