Arriving at the Grocer Gold Award Ceremony in the Guildhall, London – I walked into a room of 600 people, representing the best of the best from the Retail and FMCG sectors.
I was honoured to be there and never in my wildest dreams did I think that 2 hours later, Member of the House of Lords William Hague, would present me with Entrepreneur of the Year.
It was one of the most proudest moments of my life and I’m not ashamed to say that there were tears of joy from me, my wife, my father and my mother.
After getting over the initial shock – the first thing I thought about was you – our loyal fans.
Without you, I wouldn’t have even been attending this event, never mind winning an award.
This business has been built by listening to you.
Every compliment, every criticism, every like, every share – have all helped Fabulosa get to where it is today.
We are a community and you will continue to shape our future.
