The rest of the Saturdays and Sundays in September are booked... we have Fridays available still if you are looking for weekend(ish) times for your events.

October is filling up QUICKLY!!!!
Nearly all Saturdays in November are still available however!

Love the interest you've shown about the event room.

Some projects will be coming up in August to be mindful of...
The closet will be finished, unsure of start date.
New exterior door will be added to the west side of the room.
Once those are completed, a fresh round of paint will go on the walls that will protect them better. We still advise no tape be put on the walls to keep them looking great for upcoming events.
New paint will go up in the bathrooms and the shared hallway with Hammer Fit Gym.

We are so excited to have these changes for you! It's going to look amazing!

The Event Room is your premier rental space that is 2200 sq ft, open concept, with tables and chairs that you can set up to best fit your event. There are some amenities available to you- fridge, large counter, microwave, large screen TVs, surround sound, and even dishes and silverware.

We took the stress out of your event but making things as accommodating as possible.

Questions are commonly asked about payment. Don't worry, we want to make hosting your event as easy as possible. You can pay cash, check or venmo on site. If you want to use a card, you can pay at the Park Rapids Furniture Center to use the Event Room card reader.

You can pay ahead of time if that's easier for you. Whatever makes your life easier, then we are all for it.

The best part is... things might be changing just cosmetically in the Event Room with a new exterior door for an added egress. We want to improve for YOU.

The Event Room and Hammer Fit Gym are on the same side of the building with a shared hallway.

The space is coming together amazingly. This group had such a great vision for this gym coming in. It’s going to be state of the art and absolutely amazing for anybody who decides to join up with them.

Their location is next to The Event Room. The two businesses will share a common hallway. Please consider supporting this fantastic gym.
