🌟 The “Light Up Greasby” initiative is a community-driven effort to illuminate Greasby during the festive season.
🧑🏼🎄🎅🏼It is organized by a team of volunteers who coordinate fundraising activities and manage the installation and maintenance of the lights.
🎄 The project relies purely on donations to cover costs. Donations can be made through collection tins or the online platform Just Giving.
💫 The funds raised each year help enhance the display, with events such as “The Big Switch On” marking the culmination of their efforts.
🎆 For the second year Celestial Events coordinated the market and along with local shops & businesses our traders helped create a festive atmosphere in Greasby.
🎇 So we are proud to share that we raised £937.50 (inc. gift aid) as our donation to this community group in 2024. Along with the numerous raffle prizes our traders donated!
