Explore your creative side and connect with nature at our Everlasting Wreath Workshop at Sweet Mountaintop Farm. This hands-on experience invites you to craft a beautiful, long-lasting wreath using flowers and foliage grown or gleaned from our farm.

In addition to designing your unique wreath, you will also learn how to craft a willow wreath ring from natural willow branches. This technique will give your wreath a sustainable, handcrafted base that complements the beauty of the farm’s dried florals.

Whether you’re new to crafting or an experienced maker, this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to learn new skills, explore nature-inspired creativity, and take home a one-of-a-kind piece to cherish or gift.

What to Expect:

Learn how to weave your own willow wreath ring from scratch.

Use sustainably grown and harvested flowers and foliage from Sweet Mountaintop Farm.

Come join me for a Floral Pumpkin Decorating Workshop on the farm!

We’ll be working with organic local pumpkins and beautiful dried foliage grown and gathered from the farm, turning them into charming, seasonal centerpieces. Perfect for both adults and children, this workshop is a wonderful way to celebrate the fall season and connect with nature.

We’ll provide all the materials you need, including pumpkins, dried flowers, and other natural embellishments. Plus, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance in crafting your pumpkin.

*Adults decorate a medium pumpkin
*Children decorate a mini pumpkin (If a child wants to decorate a medium pumpkin, then you must pay the adult price)

We are excited to announce our next Music on the Mountain event! Our final show of 2024 will be .fox.music on Saturday October 26th!

Pocket Fox is an electric folk band blending blues, rock, bluegrass and jazz. Bring a blanket and your favorite libation, and enjoy some great folk music as the sun sets on the horizon.

This is a family event, and kids 10 and under attend for free. Head over to our website to get your tickets - the number of guests will be limited and tickets are already selling quickly. We expect to sell out, and once tickets are gone we won't be offering any extras.

This show will also be on Halloween weekend, so if you're into that kinda thing, PLEASE wear your costume to the show!!!

We are super excited to announce our next Music on the Mountain event on Saturday July 6th with

The Brother Brothers are the indie folk band fronted by identical twins Adam and David Moss. If you aren't familiar with their music go check out their page!

This might be the only show that we do during the summer this year, so its going to be a very special event for us. Kids under 10 are free and this is a family event. Tickets for the show will be limited and we won't be selling any your tickets on our website. See you there on July 6th!

I’m teaching 2 FREE Natural Dye Workshops at the Santa Barbara Library in June!

I’m teaching the fundamental of Natural dyeing with Native plants, indigo and what’s in your kitchen.
We’ll be using organic cotton and silk.

There’s only 15 spots available per date so please register before hand through the Santa Barbara Library!

What does this workshop entail?

You will learn how to create a large wreath with flower and foliage grown on our farm and or gleaned from our property.

In this workshop, I discuss what each plant is as well as specifics on materials that are used. You will leave feeling confident creating wreaths on your own!

There are limited spots available for this workshop, as the space is smaller then what’s available at our farm.

I haven’t been posting on here much lately. What is new in our world this winter?

Hunkering down and enjoying the rain, dreaming and creating new side businesses that fulfill our hearts in a different way, planning this year for SMT and enjoying slow quiet time.
