A thank you to all that is supporting this action to free our family beach and other areas affected by the policy to sell of our lands, rivers and beaches.

At the present we are still in the court with our 9th hearing on sept 21st. We have just lost the injunction two weeks now,that was stopping them from demolishing the family home and business. this mean that they can now turn up at any time with new demands.

The main case for adverse possession was to be heard 5 days after losing the Injunction but this was also adjourned due to the defence lawyers citing reasons for this particular case not to be summed up as we had requested. so please keep your prayers strong for a righteous and just decision in our favour. Love you all
