I’ve had a lot of people ask when I work while also being a mom - here’s an average weekday for ya 💕 On the weekends I have extra painting time in the mornings (along with some productive sleepovers at the grandparents house 😉) but otherwise this is how work looks for me right now!

I’m so excited to announce that I am collaborating with Jailbird Restaurant for their upcoming Hot Chicks campaign! 🐓 They are a homegrown fried chicken brand based in Dubai who are paying tribute to the most famous chickens in pop culture. Sir Hensington puffed out his chest one final time before turning away from the mirror. It was time to do Patsy the highest honor of making her his 15th wife. 👰‍♀️

And while reaching up to give her a peck on the cheek will be challenging due to his short stature, he knew that his 14 other happy marriages speak for themselves. Patsy would be perfectly satisfied under his watch.

The ceremony began just as they all do. He stood and watched as all of the 14 bridesmaids/wives were escorted down the aisle by his son, Sir Hensington Jr. But Patsy...where was Patsy!?!

“Lewk!!” Screeched Maitron of Honor, Dumplin, who flailed her wings towards the fence. With her veil floating behind her, the wedding party watched in horror as Patsy flew over the fence and sprinted towards the farmhouse. 😱

Patsy gazed out of her coop window, allowing herself a moment away before the big day finally began. She knew Sir Hensington was a good fellow. Sure, he was half her size - but he guarded the flock from predators with undying bravery and commitment. And sure, he already has 14 wives - but they all speak so highly of how special he makes them all feel.

She directed her gaze up to the farmhouse in the distance, the rooster she was set to marry slowly fading from her mind. What would the future hold if the Farmer decided to finally give her a chance? He never seems to notice when she fluffs her feathers before he walks by. And despite a few special moments they’ve shared, he seems way more interested in his wife and child than continuing to build their connection.

Patsy was startled by a voice behind her. It was her matron of honor, Dumplin’ (another one of Sir Hensington’s wives). “Patsy - it is time!” Dumplin’ announced.

Our big move has begun! This was actually our 10 year plan, but finding the perfect property and a remote job for my guy this winter had us pulling the trigger 🌲Thank you all so much for your support and extra patience, as this move has been many many months in the making! All orders placed since yesterday will be shipped out by the 7th as we finish setting up our mobile office ❤️And painting will resume next week! Excited to create my first piece on the forever property.
