Let’s talk about sweethearts… tables, that is! 🤎

A sweetheart table is a small, intimate table set just for the couple at the reception! It’s a design moment that anchors the room and sets the tone for celebrating two becoming one!

✨We had so much fun designing this cozy little setup for two at Terrace 167 this past Friday!✨

This past weekend Louis and I opened our home and garden to celebrate the best parts of summer with some of our closest friends!
Grateful for this season, the people we share it with, and all the growth (in the garden and in life) we’ve been blessed with! 🪴

Last Sunday, I hosted the sweetest little Galentine’s soirée, and I’m still on cloud nine! Out of all the hearts, blooms, and balloons- my favorite things filling the room were all the love and laughter!

As we step into 2025, we’re taking a moment to look back on what an incredible year 2024 has been for Gilded Willows! This time last year, this business was just a dream. In February, we officially went live on Facebook, and by March, we were celebrating our LLC! From there, it’s been a whirlwind and we couldn’t be more grateful! 🙌🏻

To all our amazing clients, thank you for trusting us. To every inquiry, recommendation, and every bit of support: thank you for believing in us. To the vendors we’ve collaborated with, thank you for sharing your talents and knowledge with us. And to my incredible husband, Louis—your unwavering support means everything. 💕

And now, here we are—2025! We’re already hard at work on several projects for the new year, but we still have room in our calendar and would LOVE to help you celebrate your special moments!

Seeing the day through the lens of Simply Vintage Photography has us absolutely stunned! How they managed to bottle up the day and tell the perfect love story in the SNEAK PEEKS is nothing short of amazing! Olivia and Kyle, y’all are proof that fairytales really do come true! Congratulations! 🧡

✨ Yesterday was an absolute dream come true as we brought Kyle and Olivia Vanark’s western bohemian wedding vision to life at the beautiful Poplar Creek Barn in Oshkosh! The fall colors, textures, and foliage inspired this design from the table scapes to the wedding party florals. ✨

I couldn’t have done it alone, and I am so grateful to everyone who made it possible!

🧡 A huge shoutout to my incredible husband, Louis at Willow Tree Woodworking, for designing and building our structural props, and for being my rock from transport to tear down and everything in between!
