Last Sunday, I hosted the sweetest little Galentine’s soirée, and I’m still on cloud nine! Out of all the hearts, blooms, and balloons- my favorite things filling the room were all the love and laughter!

As we step into 2025, we’re taking a moment to look back on what an incredible year 2024 has been for Gilded Willows! This time last year, this business was just a dream. In February, we officially went live on Facebook, and by March, we were celebrating our LLC! From there, it’s been a whirlwind and we couldn’t be more grateful! 🙌🏻

To all our amazing clients, thank you for trusting us. To every inquiry, recommendation, and every bit of support: thank you for believing in us. To the vendors we’ve collaborated with, thank you for sharing your talents and knowledge with us. And to my incredible husband, Louis—your unwavering support means everything. 💕

And now, here we are—2025! We’re already hard at work on several projects for the new year, but we still have room in our calendar and would LOVE to help you celebrate your special moments!

✨ Yesterday was an absolute dream come true as we brought Kyle and Olivia Vanark’s western bohemian wedding vision to life at the beautiful Poplar Creek Barn in Oshkosh! The fall colors, textures, and foliage inspired this design from the table scapes to the wedding party florals. ✨

I couldn’t have done it alone, and I am so grateful to everyone who made it possible!

🌸✨ Yesterday was an absolute dream as we transformed a beautiful space into the most precious scene for Olivia's bridal shower! ✨🌸

Our “Love is Sweet” theme was brought to life with the softest and most gorgeous aesthetic! We are smitten with the florals galore, delicate tulle, dainty bows, pearls, and adorable umbrellas scattered throughout! Every detail was meticulously curated to create a space as sweet and precious as the love we were celebrating!

A huge shoutout to Julie, our venue manager at The Barrel Haus at Badger State Brewing, for being so accommodating and hosting us, even arriving early to ensure we had plenty of time to set up! Melissa from MK Creations, your live floral arrangements were a magical touch, especially the stunning bridal table centerpiece! To my incredible husband, Louis at Willow Tree Woodworking, thank you for the breathtaking arbor and backdrop you built and for assisting with the setup! Tori from Honey Event Planning, your floral bar was the sweetest addition, and our guests had so much fun creating their own arrangements! Anna at the Van Schyndel Co., your signage was perfect and tied everything together beautifully! And to my lovely assistants, Brooke and Abbey, thank you for helping me bring this vision to life!

Congratulations to our beautiful bride, Olivia! Your bridal shower was filled with so much joy and laughter, and we are beyond excited to celebrate your wedding in October! Here's to the happiest marriage and many sweet moments ahead! 🍰💍❤️

This intimate and romantic celebration was nothing short of magical, and we are still in awe of the love these two share. 💍💖

🎉 I'm so proud of my incredibly talented husband, Louis!

👀 Peep this stunning walnut bar and built-in wine bottle display shelves he handcrafted for Stone’s Throw Winery’s new tasting room in Door Co. The 'waterfall' grain cascading from the bar-top to the floor on each end is just one example of the meticulous attention to detail and planning that goes into every piece Louis creates!

💖 It's been such a joy to witness his process behind the scenes—watching each project come to life is truly awe-inspiring. From bespoke pieces for individuals to impressive commercial installations, Louis’s craftsmanship knows no bounds!
