Closing for the month of July allows us time to spend with family, relax and vacation, and spruce up the place a bit.

Rustic Expressions worked their magic and added a litte pizzazz to the front of the barn. ❤️

This was a big weekend for us. What usually consists of just one weekend event, we had 3 but when family is involved, you make it work! Friday was a beautiful bridal shower; Saturday, a gorgeous wedding; and Sunday, a baby shower!

Cows prints and dogs paws are so cute together.

We haven’t shared any Homestead updates lately so dropping in to say, hey! We’ve been busy with beautiful weddings every weekend and, at this time, all available weekends for 2025 are filled and 2026 has 10 Winter openings remaining. Thank you all for your shares and recommendations. Our overhead does not include advertising expenses and that’s all because of you!

We’ve been busy every weekend, with some beautiful weddings and wonderful couples, since the beginning of March. This weekend starts with a sorority formal representing ISU and finishes up with a baby shower for a sweet momma-to-be. We love to see the visions of our renters come to life in their choices of decorations. But for now, we’ve provided a fairly blank slate!

Believe it or not, this set up seats 72 guests with plenty of room for dancing.

This past weekend’s wedding had special musicians from Nashville, TN. Welcome to Homestead in the Hollow in the Hollow DEK of Hearts. You sure made our little venue sound so wonderful. 💕 Congrats Skyler and Isaac!
