Ba's Street Food Classically trained French Chef sharing my passion of Vietnamese culture & food My interest in food was always inspired by my parents, specifically my father.

I am a classically trained French cuisine chef and a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. As a Vietnamese American I would like to share with the

community my passion for Vietnamese food and culture. I recall always being in the kitchen with him seeing what he was cooking and trying to get a taste. He would be the first one up in the house making breakfast for all of us before him and

my Ma leave for work by 6am, work 12 hours and come home to cook dinner for all of 11 children. Food always brings us together and not just to fulfill our stomachs, but to fulfill our souls as well. Ba’s Street Food is inspired by the work ethic and the drive that my Father and Mother had to raise a family of 11 kids. They both made nothing into something to feed his children and ensure they lived a good life and got the best out of our situation in America. This is an ode to all the recipes that I grew up having, along with my skills that I was taught in culinary school, this will be a delicious adventure. I would like to bring dishes like Pho (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup), Traditional Banh Mi Sandwiches, which come in many varieties of protein like beef, chicken, pork, and Vietnamese

deli cold cuts, Fried Rice, Light and Fresh Vermicelli Bowls, and Fresh Spring Rolls. I also do other types of cuisines as well such as Korean, Japanese, Thai, Khmer, Lao, Indian, and other traditional cuisines of the world.

Thank you to everyone that attended last night's Valentine's dinner! A packed house from 6 to 8 pm all of you are the reason I do what I do! I was so busy I was not able to leave that fire pit and get to talk to everyone. I hope everyone loves everything and had a great time. I know I sure did! We were all so busy we were not able to get photos/videos of the night and food. If anyone has any pictures/videos that they like to share please feel free to post it on our social media and tag us.
