The client requested something watermelon related as her guest of honor loves watermelon so I made it 3-ways for them.

I have been tossing around the idea catering my Beef Pho. Minimum order would be for 8 people and will be priced accordingly for each clients request. I also make other popular soups as well such as Bun Bo Hue aka Spicy Beef Noodle Soup Hue Style, Bun Rieu aka Crab Noodle Soup, Banh Canh aka Pork Rib Noodle Soup, and Peking Style Roast Duck & Wonton Noodle Soup and more.

The following would be included.
1) My pho broth (Southern Vietnamese Style)
2) Cooked Pho Noodles
3) 4 Cuts of Beef (Brisket, Short Rib, Rare Eye Round, and House-made Beef Meat Balls)
4) Toppings (Bean Sprouts, Scallion, Thai Basil, and Lime wedges)
5) Sauces (Hoisin, Sriracha, Nuoc Beo aka beef fat)
6) Disposable Bowls, Chopsticks, and Soup Spoons

Grilled Chicken Strawberry Salad, all the veggies and fruit were provided by a certified organic farm right here in Happy Valley. The salad was filled with a mix of lettuces, rainbow radish, carrots, cucumbers, and strawberries. Also topped with candied pecans, feta cheese, avocado, strawberry vinaigrette, and edible Nasturtium flower.
