What a beautiful day for a bachelorette luncheon by the lake! I love it when people travel from out of town and want to elevate their memories with a luxury picnic! When a picnic is designed, we want to make sure that we're incorporating details where we can. This set up had eucalyptus and sage accents in it to represent the brides wedding colors. Including made the experience even better with their custom charcuterie lunch boxes. Thank you for letting be a part of your weekend!

Congratulations to for a successful weekend at the Lilac Festival! My Lavender Lemonade and my husband's Tiger Lily mocktails were the perfect refresher as we perused through the booths and food trucks. Can't wait to see what the summer season has in store for you!

FLX Pop-Up Picnics may be the brand you want to create a luxury picnic experience for your special event, but we can’t do it alone! Look at this amazing charcuterie board from ! This new business based in Geneva not only creates these platters (that look almost too good to eat) as well as macarons!
has a piece of my heart, and you almost always find a piece from their boutique somewhere in my picnics- I mean, look how cute that beehive style candle dome works?!
We’re always looking for a place to picnic that also gives a business a chance to showcase their space, and has a view that doesn’t stop! With fields of lavender, peonies, and many other flower choices, you can even sign up for subscriptions and visit this farm multiple times a season!

What a beautiful day for a picnic! This was our first visit to Cobbs Hill, and thanks to the setting recommendation was perfect! A sweet gentleman surprised his beau with this cheery experience today, and provided the charcuterie board and cookies to enhance their experience!

What a beautiful day for a picnic, Golf Style! FLX Pop-Up Picnics is a member of the Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce, and today we participated by sponsoring Hole #6 for their Neo-Classic Golf Tournament! Rob and I had the best time meeting super fun people, while passing out “Caddy-Shots” to the golfers and chatting up our picnics! Thank you to for your last bottle of green apple moonshine- it was a hit!

It was a beautiful day for a picnic, under a pavilion! The rain didn’t keep this family away from celebrating their 10 year anniversary ♥️ Daddy surprised his wife and 2 beautiful little girls with a luxury picnic, complete with games, a charcuterie board, and a cookie plate from . I snuck some of the albums I saved from when I was a little girl into the basket so that the girls could listen to some stories on the Bluetooth record player so their parents could enjoy a special moment. When I interviewed the proud husband about his family so that I could add intimate touches to his event, he mentioned Lake Placid…so we had to incorporate some of our treasures! Happy anniversary ❤️❤️

What a beautiful day for a picnic…sorta! Though it was over cast with a couple of sprinkles, everything is better with this view, paired with local food and wines. This couple are visiting from Canada and Saratoga Springs, and chose Geneva to reunite after decades of not seeing each other! Nothing like a picnic to snuggle and catch up on old times ♥️.

It was a beautiful day for a picnic! Today brought us to to celebrate the 5th anniversary of a beautiful couple! They were married in an old barn down the road, and wanted to recreate some elements from their special day, such as the sunflowers and burlap. and Sweet Solutions Bakery provided Gluten Free treats for this lovely couple to enjoy. We’re so grateful for the view from the vineyard, and the wonderful people at the winery who helped make this anniversary extra special 🌻 🍷 ♥️

What a beautiful day for a picnic! Our first day of August brought us a sweet young love story… A recent high school graduate wanted to surprise his girlfriend after a morning swim at Kershaw Park. He asked that we picked up their favorite iced coffee and muffins from The Dalai Java, as well as some fresh strawberries. They squealed with delight when they came upon their picnic, and spent their time soaking up the moments before college starts in a few weeks. Ah, young love…❤️❤️

What a beautiful day for a picnic! We were invited to help celebrate a young lady’s Sweet 16 with a brunch with besties by the lake! When talking with her mama, I asked her to tell me about her daughter so I could help her plan a special day, and she said that they loved to travel…that’s where the inspiration began! I brought in and for fresh bagels and cream cheese, and these INCREDIBLE custom cookies! Did you know that Heather makes her cookies with lemon and her frosting with raspberry?! I mean, honestly! Talk about custom…what an artist! This is an experience which will always be remembered…happy sweet 16!

Look at this gem! I found this vintage tea cart at the Restore last Friday and couldn’t stop thinking about it! Brought my man back with me the next morning, described my vision, and he worked his tail off in this heat this week to make it happen! Welcome to FLX Pop-Up Picnics, you beautiful Tea Cart! Our Fourth and Final picnic of the weekend was just for us ❤️ We visited our favorite winery for some r-n-r and to reap the benefits of our new hustle. As Rob and I sat there, noshing on bread and cheese, drinking rose and listening to Chet Baker, we realized how much happiness a picnic brings people! Having the opportunity to just sit and be present in the moment is such a gift. On a typical weekend, we’d be running errands or on the couch relaxing. Picnics give us a chance to go to new places and stop in the moment, curl up and talk and just BE. Im so glad we fell into this endeavor, and as physically tired as we are in this moment, we had many laughs and music and cuddles and adventures this weekend! Thank you to everyone that invited us into their memories this weekend ♥️
