A five-litre box
Of soft dry red
Is more than enough
To prepare me for bed

To summon up all my
Dogma and contradictions
Decide whether I’m Peter
Or Christopher Hitchens

As every sip slurs my words
And confuses each thought
I appear more absurd… forgive me
Affirmation’s all that I sought

Surely it isn’t just me
With the world’s weight on their shoulder
Shouldn’t the burden ease
As we become wiser and older?

I should have my s**t together
By now don’t you think?
But while that may take forever
At least my s**t doesn’t stink.

A massive thank you to Marielba Bartone and the team at Radio 5EBI for the opportunity to be a guest on "We Are Success" earlier today. I thought it would just be an opportunity to plug Rob's Rhymes Against Humanity, but it turned into something far more valuable in terms of building a relationship with our multicultural business community.
Also big hugs to Carol Neller for her generosity and creating the opportunity for today to happen.
