Max Carmona
My name is Max Carmona. I’m a professional pastry chef for 16 years. I’ve work for top restaurants like Philadelphia’s Lacroix at the Rittenhouse Hotel, to a Philly staple in Swiss Haus Bakery, head baker at South Philly Chefs Table Catering. I recently decided to start a Hot Dog Cart for Hire company called Carmona Mobile Foods. Here I would provide upscale quality hot dog concoctions while keeping the traditional street corner food vendor feel that was created in New York in the early 19oo’s.
